IMost of your community never posts
They watch, they read, and then one month they stop. A dashboard built on forum activity never saw them, because they were never on it — so the first you hear about it is a cancellation.
Ligarium records consumption from the first day: what was watched, how far in, how often, and how that compares to the member’s own average rather than to anybody else’s. When someone’s watch time halves, or they go quiet for a fortnight, they get one short note about the specific thing they left unfinished.
A fifth of the members who qualify are deliberately left alone. We report the return rate of the people we wrote to against the return rate of the people we did not, because otherwise “it worked” is a feeling. 20% holdout

- Stripe Connect, in your name. You are the merchant of record and the money is yours from the moment it moves.
IIIMoving is the hard part, so we do it
Bring an export: members, courses, posts, points. Members keep the level they earned. Everything imported lands unpublished until you have checked it, and every row we could not read comes back with its line number and the reason — a migration that silently drops eleven members is worse than one that refuses to run.
Subscriptions are the exception, and nobody can fix it: Stripe cannot transfer a subscription between accounts. Your members re-authorise, in your words and your branding, and we measure the drop-off honestly rather than promising there will not be one.
IVWhat it costs
5% of what your members pay you. No monthly fee, no seat fee, and nothing at all in a month where they pay you nothing — and the rate you sign at is the rate you keep while later cohorts sign higher. The schedule is here, including the point where a flat fee would have been cheaper.
